Gift wrapping and packaging

I package all orders to be durable during shipping. ***Packages being shipped directly to the receiver (giftee) can be packaged in brown kraft paper upon request. I can also include a free note card with a short message on it. Please include what you would like on the note card in the notes area at checkout.

Custom and personalized orders

To request your custom information, please list that info in the notes area at checkout. You can also send me a convo with that information if you can't find the notes area. Order proofs are available upon request.

Engraved glassware is 100% dishwasher safe. Hand painted items are top shelf dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to hand wash these items to preserve the paint.

Engraving is the process of removing a thin layer of glass from the surface in a pattern or design. When finished the engraving will appear white and slightly translucent. Engraving is permanent and cannot wash off or fade.
