You can contact us for a personal quote if you are not sure of what you need or want. We will then create a listing just for you.

How do I place an order

You can select any listing in my Etsy shop. I will then contact you to get all the informations to create your amazing website. If there is modification and things to be changed compare to the article you bought, I will refund you and create a new listing just for you. Or create a listing for the services added.

Can you explain me the full process?

Here what will be the process with your website: 1. INITIAL CONTACT: It is great if we can discuss your project before. 2. PAYMENT: I expect to receive a deposit on either my Paypal or my Etsy account. Deposits are 50% of the total project fee. I expect you to pay the remaining 50% after I complete the project. 3. ONBOARDING After I receive your deposit, I will create our project in my project management application, Trello. 4. MOCK-UPS After discussing of your needs and desires, I will send you a draft of what I think is best for your project. 5. SIGN-OFF OR FEEDBACK FOR REVISIONS 6.DEVELOPMENT Once the design is final, I begin developing and preparing final files. 7. LAUNCH I will collect the final payment and publish your site.

Will you help me to update my website?

When your website will be finished, we will not update anything for you, but you will receive a customised screencast video, teaching you how to manage your website.

What if I need monthly maintenance services

How long does it takes to have my website?

We normally give a 4 weeks delay for your website, from the moment the first payment is done and that I receive all your informations. Also please note that the first come first serve. Projects are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. If you have a rush dateline, please contact me to check availability.

Do you do hourly projects

We accept hourly projects depending of the needs. Please contact me for an estimation of the work and time. Minimum project time is 1 hour. HOURLY RATE The hourly rate is $35.

How does the support work?

We offer support services, depending of your needs. The support service is often charged per hours, thought after discussion of your need, we can set a package price. We haven't list all the support we can offer, so feel more than welcome to contact us for any needs you would have.
