This is my third time ordering hair sticks from Eva but unfortunately it's been disappointing this time. The sticks are noticeably different from my previous orders and look like they were not oiled. The plum wood hair stick in particular is very rough feeling, as if it wasn't even polished. If you're paying 40 EUR for two wooden sticks they should be well finished at the very least. Delivery was also a problem, though this was not Eva's fault - I received no notification from either Etsy or the postal service that they had been delivered to a collection point and would have missed the collection date if I hadn't checked the tracking for them.
