Yes, please fill out the "Gift Message" at order time if you want a special note in the package. Be sure and click on the "Is this a Gift" box and fill out the "Gift Message for Free" box so I can print out your gift message. These messages print out nicely, and I attach them to the gift box with a bow. Please make sure you have entered the correct address you want your gift shipped to and not your own address. You may change the address easily for one time if you add the item to your Cart first. No packing list or statement will be in the package.

All packages come in great gift boxes with bows ready for presentation. If you order several items and want gift boxes for each, be sure and mark the order as "Is this a Gift".
I can also ship your gift directly to your special someone. You may even fill out a Gift Message to be sent, and change the address when you add the item to your Cart first. Please see above question for instructions on how to do that.

Please choose the specifics like the number of birthstones and/or initials, the metal and necklace length from the drop down menu and then add to your CART. If you click "Buy It Now", it may take you directly to payment. If you add it to your cart first, you will be given a Personalization Box to add your details like specific birthstones and specific initials. Please do not put initials in the Personalization box or Message box if they are not included in the purchase. If you miss the boxes don't worry, just send me a note through Etsy conversations, or "Ask a Question".

Let's get that corrected for you. If you ordered the wrong length or wrong birthstone for example, please send the item back to me and we can fix it. There will only be a charge if you are adding length to a chain or adding charms. For just adding a few inches to the small gold filled or sterling cable chain necklaces, there will be no charge and there will be no charge for exchanging birthstones or initials. Shipping charges will apply.
