How long does it takes to get the package?

Listed ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed, all highly depended on postal services / local customs. Also. If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although I will do my best to assist I cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages. Wen possible, according to destination, I send with Priority registered mail, and the package will mostly take sooner to arrive. NOTE: According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.

If I am not happy with the jewelry?

I stands by my products and the customer’s satisfaction is one of my highest goals. I go through great lengths to assure the best quality of my jewelry. However, sometimes some problems may occur and if you are not happy for any reason when you receive your items, please CONTACT me.

My jewelry are made from 14K gold filled and / or sterling silver. You can go into the shower with them with no problem. If you want to polish them once in a while just put them in a bowl with some warm water and a bit of regular dish-soap for a few minutes and then brush them with a tooth brush. DO NOT use other jewelry cleaning products – only dish-soap and warm water. Silver – you can remove the tarnish easily the same way, or you can use a silver Anti-tarnish cloth (that will be available on my shop very soon).

The regular delivery has tracking but does not have a "proof of delivery.". The expedited shipment has tracking + proof of delivery. If fast delivery is required, please select the express shipping upgrade, in the shopping cart, when ordering. If you are making a large order I also advise on taking the expedited shipment because of the "proof of delivery." Please send your phone number in the order notes or in a Convo (it help expedite the delivery)

2 beautiful very different but matching bracelets:
