The design is embroidered on the outer layer of paper only. Peel that layer back, tear off and you have a perfectly usable roll of toilet paper. If we embroidered on the whole roll, that would be one huge roll! After factoring in the time and supplies to embroider on it...it might cost as much as your first car!!!
