WHAT DOES MY BADGE INCLUDE?
You get 1 badge with 1 Raised Lettering name/word (no last name), 1 logo (optional) and 1 title (optional). All the letters need to be attached to create 1 piece (ie. Dr, Mrs, Mr, LT, etc)

WHAT MATERIAL IS THE BADGE MADE OUT OF?
All badges are made of 1/8" thick acrylic
WHAT SIZE IS THE BADGE?
The acrylic backing is 3.5 inch by 1.5 inch rectangle with rounded corners.
WHAT ARE THE COLOR OPTIONS?
Color options for names are in the drop-down menu. Name, logo and title color will be in same color.
*Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings and paint batches (paint is custom mixed in small batches)
CAN I CHOOSE MY FONT?
Yes, you can choose your font from the dropdown menu. You can view the fonts in the picture gallery section.
WHAT IS THE MOST POPULAR FONT?
The most popular is AMIGIRL for the Name.
CAN I CHOOSE MY FONT FOR THE TITLE?
VENTI font will be used for the Title unless buyer request a different font. If you want a different font please include this in the Personalization section.
DO THE LETTERS IN THE NAME HAVE TO BE ATTACHED?
In order to have the name adhere securely to the backing ALL the letters will be attached to each other, no spaces in between letters.
HOW MANY LETTERS CAN BE IN A NAME?
We prefer 8 letters but can do 10 letters if there's no logo.
HOW MANY LETTERS CAN BE TITLE BE?
25 letters max for badges with a logo.
40 letters max for badges without a logo.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A LOGO OR TITLE ON THE BADGE?
If you want your name only on the badge, please choose the NAME ONLY option in the dropdown menu.

HOW DO I INPUT THE PERSONALIZATION?
In the Personalization box, include your 1st name or word. Please make sure you input the name, title or word exactly how you want it, we do not check for spelling errors. If you want all caps or lower case, please type it in that way.

WHAT FILE FORMAT DOES THE LOGO HAVE TO BE?
1 - AI, EPS or a vector file, all artwork will be converted to Black
*Full color illustrations, watercolor or hand drawn images won't work as they can't be converted to black and white.
OR
2 - Black hi-res image JPG, PDF or PNG with a white or transparent background.
*Color, scanned, hand drawn, screenshots, low res, grayscale images will not be work. The areas that will be laser engraved needs to be only black
CAN I USE MY CANVA DESIGNED LOGO?
Yes you can, please send a PDF file. The logo should be simple with bold fonts in order to make an impact in small .9" area. We cannot use finely detailed graphics or small fonts.

CAN I SEND A GRAYSCALE IMAGE?
Same with color images we cannot use grayscale images for laser engraving. It needs to be Black with a white or transparent background.
WHAT SIZE WILL MY LOGO BE?
Logo will be scaled down to .9" wide
WHERE WILL MY LOGO BE PLACED?
The logo will be placed on the Left side of the badge. Buyer may request badge to be on the Right or Center.
CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES TO MY LOGO?
Other than cropping out small text, we do not do any type of editing to your logo.
WHAT IF I CAN'T PROVIDE YOU WITH ONE OF THE LOGO FILE FORMATS?
We recommended having the graphic designer who designed your logo provide you with a file in one of our required formats.
WHAT IF I STILL CAN'T PROVIDE YOU WITH ONE OF THE REQUIRED LOGO FILES?
Unfortunately, without one of the file formats we cannot use a logo for you badge.
CAN I SEE A PROOF?
Yes, we only send proofs upon request, please include a request in Personalization or Notes section.
IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE FOR PROOFS?
Proofs are complimentary for orders over $35 (not including shipping and taxes). You get 1 proof + 1 revision proof.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR A PROOF WHEN OTHER SELLERS DON'T?
We kept the proof as a separate fee instead of building it into the price since only about 15% of our customers request one.
We get a lot of repeat customers who don't need one.
Yes, we would make more money if it was included in the price but it wouldn't be fair to our other customers to have to pay for it.
HOW SOON WILL MY BADGE BE SHIPPED?
The current turnaround time is 3 weeks prior to shipping.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
USPS First Class 3-6 Days with Tracking
USPS Priority Mail 1-4 Days with Tracking, insured up to $100 by USPS.
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Days with Tracking, insured up to $100 by USPS. (We include Etsy shipping insurance to cover the amount of your order)
International will vary on country, with Tracking, prices vary

*NEW* CHANGE IN RAISED LETTERING COLOR
We listened to our customers regarding the issue of the names having its paint chip off. We've decided to no longer paint our raised lettering names and am now using colored acrylic instead. The new raised lettering badges will be longer lasting and will no longer have any issues with the paint. We want you to be aware that the badge color may vary from your previous order.
