How do I personalize my order?

During checkout, there is a comments box where you can leave your personalization information. If you get through the checkout and realize that you forgot to add your information, no problem! Simply send me an Etsy Convo with your details. For a visual aide of the checkout process, flip through the photos on each listing to view a helpful "how to order" picture.

What size frame do I need for my print?

Each print comes on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of burlap. We recommend an 11x14 frame with and 8x10 mat opening. All "print only" pieces come with easy matting instructions!

Can my print be framed?

Most listings offer a framed version {check the drop down menu near the top of each listing}. Currently we offer black frames in three sizes: 8x8, 8x10, and 11x14 {with mat}.

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Production time varies, but our average is 1-3 BUSINESS days. Meaning, your print will go into the mail within 1-3 business days. Once the USPS receives it, shipping time is out of my hands. They are usually pretty good at getting it to you around 2-5 days after shipment. Framed prints will arrive via Priority Mail, and "print only" items will arrive via First Class Mail.

Do you charge for expedited shipping?

At this time, I do not. Simply send me an Etsy convo if you need it by a certain day, and I will try my best to work with you :)

How do I add gift wrapping?

Good news! ALL framed prints will arrive wrapped with a blank card for you to write in. There is NO CHARGE for this! If you want it sent directly to your recipient, just let me know what you'd like the card to say, and I'll include it in their package for you!

Will I receive a preview of my print before it ships?

At this time, I do not send out previews of prints. Your item will look similar to what is listed. The exception to this is when we are working together to create a completely new custom design, in which case you will receive a preview.

My item arrived broken, or there is an error. Now what?

Contact me immediately if your item arrives broken, or if there is an error with the customization. I will work quickly to get you a replacement :)

I contacted you through the 6 Bird South email address, but haven't received a response. Why?

I do my best to check my email often, but I'm going to be honest and say that I'm still a work in progress! I'm more of a crafter than a techie, but I am really trying my best to improve. If you sent me an email through the main shop email (the gmail account), and you haven't heard from me in a day or two, chances are I didn't receive it. Simply send me an Etsy message, and I will be sure to get back to you soon {I check that every day!}

The tracking on my order says "Pre Transit" but it has not shipped yet. Why?

When I create a shipping label and prepare your packaging, it automatically generates an email and creates a label. At this stage, I am preparing your packaging and item and it is still in my home office. This step is part of the 1-4 day shipping time, and items are sent prior to or on the Etsy recommended shipping date.
