U.S. SHIPPING TIMES AND DELAYS

USPS does experience delays, and packages may be in transit or marked as delayed/arriving late. We ask for your kindness and patience as we don't have control over shipping times. Please note that shipping times are considered estimates. We do not guarantee arrival dates for packages. We do not reimburse shipping fees. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. First class USPS mail is not insured, but you are welcome to file an inquiry with the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered, please contact your local post office directly as they'll have the most accurate information.

First-class international shipping typically takes 7-21 business days. We recommend allowing 4-8 weeks for international shipping at this time. We cannot guarantee international deliveries as we do not have control over customs processing times. Please order with plenty of time in case of customs delays. Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

All jewelry pieces are packaged in a Dani Barbe jewelry box. If you purchase multiple pieces, they may be combined in one box to minimize waste. You can let us know in a note at checkout if you'd like separate boxes! Invoices aren't included in the packaging.

As the raw crystal rings have hand-formed plated bands with heat-sensitive raw stones, they cannot be resized. Please allow for a .25 - .5 variance due to the hand-formed and heavy plated nature of the ring bands. If you are an exact size, or between sizes, you may wish size up as the hand-formed bands can feel snug. We also recommend sizing up in the 3mm rings since they're a thicker band. We recommend purchasing an inexpensive ring sizer to help determine your ring size. Thicker band rings require a sizer that corresponds with this width. We have an easy exchange policy if you do need a different size!

GOLD-PLATED: To maintain the gold-plated finish on your jewelry pieces and protect the raw stones, do not wear jewelry in water, while sleeping or when exercising. Constantly dropping, banging, or catching the piece will weaken it over time. Storage in a cool, dry place is recommended. Your Dani Barbe jewelry box works great for storage! Gently clean with a microfiber cloth. Jewelry cleaners or harsh chemicals aren't recommended for plated pieces. BRONZE & STERLING SILVER: Jewelry will develop a natural darkened patina over time. Many customers prefer this vintage look. If you'd prefer your jewelry to look bright and shiny, we recommend using a non-abrasive brass jewelry cleaner, or a Sunshine cloth.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & EVERYTHING ELSE!

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Please make sure to supply a correct shipping address! Every listing is for only one piece of jewelry. As the stones are natural, and do vary, I often photograph several versions of the jewelry piece to show the variation. In order to quickly process all orders and continue offering free & fast shipping, we are unable to take photos of exact items prior to purchase or shipment. We cannot accommodate studio visits or pickup requests. We don't accept unauthorized returns or exchanges.

This jewelry has a story to tell before it becomes part of yours.

Each piece is either hand fabricated or cast in recycled metal using the ancient art of lost wax casting.

I carefully select one-of-a-kind gems with character. They’re vibrant, uniquely shaped, and have “flaws” or inclusions that make them imperfectly perfect. The stones are often faceted by hand in unconventional shapes that accentuate, but never overpower, their natural beauty; then I shape metal naturally around their individual contours in my signature organic settings.
