What is your return/exchange policy

Because each of my items is custom printed just for you I cannot offer returns unless the item is defective. If an item is defective or damaged in shipping please contact me and I'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact me to discuss before returning a shipment. I am unable to accept returns that do not have prior authorization. Please also note that, because all of my items are custom printed when you order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues. To help ensure a proper fit, please reference the sizing chart image in the image gallery of the listing you are purchasing. If you are unsure I recommend ordering a size up. Please see the "Sizing details" section of this FAQ for more information.

For clothing items: Body length is measured from the highest point on the shoulder to the hem at the bottom. Body width is measured across the chest from armpit to armpit. I recommend that you measure a similar item of clothing that you already own that fits you well and then compare those measurements to the sizing guide in the gallery image for the item you are purchasing. If you are unsure I recommend ordering a size up. The best way to measure is the lay your existing item down on a flat surface, measure, and then compare those measurements to the sizing guide image on the listing.

Can I cancel my order?

Officially: No. Unofficially: Maybe. (If you contact me soon enough after ordering that we haven't already started production). Since all of my products are custom printed just for you I'm unable to offer cancellations if production has already started. If you ask me to cancel quickly enough that production hasn't already started I'll do my best to accommodate you. If production has already started then, unfortunately, I cannot accept cancellations. Please note that I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to cancel your order in time no matter how quickly you contact me. Because of this you should assume that all orders are final.
