Can I order a different quantity or size?

Most of the items in my shop can be ordered in multiple quantities, which you select from a dropdown menu. If you aren't able to order the exact quantity you need, please contact me to have a custom order created.

Do you offer custom printing?

If you need a logo printed on something, or you need special graphics created, please contact me before placing an order so I can discuss the details with you. NOTE: Printing in white or light opaque colors is not an option. That type of printing requires a specialized printer (it cannot be done on a standard laser or inkjet printer) and specialized inks. You can Google "printing in white" and see more information.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me with any special requests (for example, items in a certain size or special quantity). In order to provide you with an accurate quote, I need to have the following information: - What size are you looking for? - What material? - Any special treatment? (holes punched, rounded or square corners) - How many? - Where are you? (in order to quote shipping) Note that custom orders must be purchased before I begin work on them. Custom listings will be left active for a maximum of three days, so please be ready to purchase when you request a listing. Quotes are valid for 14 days. After that, prices are subject to change.

Do you combine shipping costs or refund overpayments?

Most of my products are set up to calculate shipping cost automatically, based on weight and size of the package. In some instances, Etsy's calculated shipping functionality doesn't work as well as it should, and you may pay more than necessary. In those instances, I refund shipping overpayments, at the time I print your shipping label.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes! You can select to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping in your cart when you check out. Please note that selecting one of these shipping methods does NOT alter the processing time; it simply affects the method of shipping. If you need your order shipped more quickly than the processing time indicates, please contact me before you place your order, and I'll see if I can accommodate your schedule. Note that same-day or next-day shipping may result in additional charges, as I may have to take the time to drive your package to the post office. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, processed in the order received.

A shipping notification with tracking info is sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy when your package is shipped. I ship to the Etsy address on your receipt. If you used an incorrect address, I'm not able to change it after the order has been placed. If this is the case, I'll ask that you reorder the same items and provide the correct mailing address so your package reaches you; the first order can be cancelled. If your package is returned to me by the postal service (due to incorrect address, or because it wasn't retrieved from the post office), I will contact you. You may opt to pay the shipping cost to have it resent; or, if the item is not a custom order, I will refund the product cost less a restocking fee.

Shipping to Some Countries

I don’t ship to all countries. Because Etsy makes it very cumbersome to omit certain countries from a shipping profile, I will cancel orders from some countries due to issues I’ve encountered with packages not reaching customers or rules/regulations put in place that are difficult to maintain. Currently I don’t ship to the following countries: - Germany (effective July 1, 2022) - Mexico (effective 1/1/2019) If I receive an order from one of these countries, I’ll cancel and refund. ☹️

Vintage matchbooks in a variety of colors and sizes, all with matches (although some of the books may be missing some matches, these aren't just empty covers). Immensely collectible, use these for scrapbooking projects, art projects, cigar bars, home decor, or even funky party favors.

Now available in three different size sets, so you can choose 5, 10, or 20 matchbooks!

NOTES:
- These matchbooks are from all over the U.S. and from other countries. They're for restaurants, casinos, bars, advertising, and even a few special events.
- Each batch is a random assortment (sorry, no special requests) of matchbooks of all ages
- A single set will be made of either 5, 10, or 20 different matchbooks, no duplicates (if you order more than one set at a time, I’ll do my best to ensure all of them are different).
- You may receive front or back strike books (front strike books are pre-1970).
- Because these are vintage, there’s no guarantee that the matches will strike/work. I don’t test them (that would be crazy!).
- Pictures are a representation of what you’ll receive (not the exact matchbooks).
