Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we do! We can easily tweak our existing designs - different prongs, wider or narrower band, etc. We also do fully custom designs.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Oh my goodness yes. Our moissanite is lab-grown, our diamonds are sourced from a company that has an Earth First policy, and all of the metals used in our pieces are recycled.

Can I put a different stone in a particular setting?

Absolutely. Nearly all of our settings can be set with any size or shape moissanite or other gem.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned if unworn(tried on of course is fine) within 10 days. Please reach out to us first, so we know to keep an eye out for the package. Ship items with tracking and full insurance. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee. Custom designs are not returnable.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yup! Our settings are made down south in beautiful Louisiana, USA.

Do you offer a warranty?

Mm-hmm. We offer a one year workmanship warranty on all of our pieces, and our stones each have their own lifetime warranty as well.

How about payment plans?

Yes again! We do offer payment plans, you can break out the balance of your piece over 2-4 payments, to be paid in full within 2 months. We will begin fabricating your piece once the final payment is received, since each piece is custom made to your exact specs.
