Custom and personalized orders

I am open to consider any custom and personalized orders. Please send me a convo with your request and I will let you know if possible. I will do my best to create what you are looking for and will send you photos during the process so you understand what will be the final result. No cancellations after work is in progress. Returns of custom made orders are not accepted.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each piece of jewelry comes with its own black suede pouch and is accompanied by a small card with the story of Sheherezade. It is then carefully packed in bubble wrap for shipping. Beautiful gift wrapping is offered with matching ribbon. Let me know your preference in the notes of your order when checking out.

SHIPPING FROM GREECE BY INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL - PROVIDES TRACKING NUMBER. I ship by registered mail which requires to be signed for. It can be tracked online except for Canada or Australia. If you do not receive your order within 30 days or are not at home to sign for the package, please contact your local post office with the tracking number to reschedule delivery or pick it up. If it has still not arrived, please contact me before 30 days to track it for you. Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than expected. Packages will not be deemed lost or missing before 90 days in transit. I can also ship with couriers like DHL or Fedex. Let me know if you would like a quote. Shipments by courier will not be refunded.

Undelivered and unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to the customer providing a wrong address, being unclaimed or failure to pay any customs fees, I’ll resend the item to the correct address, after payment of the reshipment fee. No cancellations or refunds will be made if the customer has given an incorrect address. If you have not received your order by 30 days from the order date, you must contact me within this 30 day window and I will open a postal inquiry. If the inquiry shows I am responsible for the package not being delivered, I will offer a full refund to the customer when it is returned to me. No refunds will be made for undelivered orders or returned items after 120 days. No refunds will be granted if tracking shows package as delivered.

Custom and personalized orders

In the event you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days. I will do my best to make it right for you. I accept returns or will exchange any undamaged merchandise that doesn't work for you. Please make a return request with your reason for return. It must be returned within 10 days of receiving it to the location it was shipped from in the original condition it was shipped and be sent with a tracking number. Upon inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a store credit for an exchange or refund less shipping and customs fees. Please allow 7 days to process the refund. For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns of earrings. No returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason after 120 days from delivery date.

Damaged or defective items

In the rare occasion you receive an item damaged in shipment or defective in any way, please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of delivery. You will then be able to return it for a replacement or refund including return shipping by 1st class mail only. Refund of shipping will not exceed this rate. Being handmade sometimes items are not broken but just need a small adjustment. If you prefer to adjust it to save the time and trouble of returning it, I will be happy to inform you what is needed. If you still prefer to return it that is fine. You must however contact me first to receive my acceptance of return and return instructions. It must be sent back to me to the address in the instructions within 7 days of its delivery.

The express mail option I offer at a minimal fee is to put the order ahead of all previous orders and ship the same day or next day if I receive the order after 1pm my time. If you are interested to receive a quote for shipping by a private international courier please contact me before placing your order.

In the case of Force Majeure or Act of God as in unforeseeable events outside my control I will not be held responsible.
