How can I make a custom order?

Place the order through one of my custom order listings: (2 links) after receiving payment, I will require photos of your dress (for bridal) or your face (for portraits). Please be sure they highlight the details you are most interested in featuring, for example the lace pattern, draping, hairstyle etc., and be sure to make note of these areas of interest in your order. From there I will create a preliminary sketch for your review and once approved, will proceed to the hand drawn/illustrated piece. Do not hesitate to message me through Etsy along the way with any questions or concerns you may have. This is your keepsake, and I want you to receive exactly what you envisioned.

All prints come in 8"x10", 9"x12" and 11”x14”.

Are the prints hand painted?

All products are art prints of my original paintings. The print you will receive is not hand painted; the original watercolor paintings are digitized, and then printed onto high-quality archival art paper. Each print is signed by the artist.

How long does it take for orders to process?

Regular print - ships in 3-5 business days. Personalized/custom print - can take up to one month to ship depending on how many rounds of edits. Will ship 3-5 business days once approved.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged upon arrival?

All of my prints are packed with care to ensure that they will arrive in perfect condition. Each art print is packaged in a clear sleeve along with a chip board backing. If however, the item is damaged, please message me pictures of the damage, and I will replace your item. Undelivered/ Lost Packages: If a package has not arrived 4 weeks after the shipment date I will be happy to replace your order at my cost. I always have proof of shipment (Postal Receipt and Delivery Confirmation). Please make sure your package can be delivered safely. If you cannot be sure of that, please request Signature Confirmation - also check if the item is not waiting to be cleared through customs.

How quickly will you respond to my question?

My working hours are 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. I will do my best to respond to all messages within 24hrs during my working hrs.

How long will it take to ship my products?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items. I will do my best to meet shipping estimates, but unfortunately cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

DETAILS

Print Paper: I use Entrada 300gsm which is made from 100% cotton. It is a fine art paper that allows for superb ink handling and sharpness. Combined with archival inks, your print will last for generations. While all of my work is hand painted, the final piece is completed digitally.

RETURNS

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of delivery for exchange only.
Please ship back at your cost within 30 days of delivery, in the original condition, and I will be happy to send you a new print of equal value.

SHIPPING

This item can be shipped internationally. A tracking number will be provided. Custom fees, taxes and duties are payable by the customer. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases. Your print will be shipped flat to ensure it arrives without any creases or folds.
