List the birthstone month and matching initial for each set you purchased.

✨ 4. Choose any optional extras

You may add a year for $4 or a custom name of up to 10 letters for $10. Be sure to enter the requested year or name in the appropriate box.

If you have a preferred layout, include it in the personalization box. If you leave this blank, we’ll arrange everything for the best appearance.
