If you are unsure about what size to order feel free to contact me and I will provide a sizing chart if I haven't already done so on the item's listings. As each item is made-to-order, there are no exchanges for ordering wrong size, giving the wrong address or buyer's remorse so please choose sizing carefully.

As each item is made-to-order, there are no exchanges for ordering wrong size or color, giving the wrong address or buyer's remorse so please choose sizing carefully. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Any items being returned or exchanged due to being must be mailed within 14 days of delivery and after having contacted me regarding the situation. I do my best to communicate with my customers and make them happy. I take pride and in my products and business. Please contact me if you have any concerns, questions or problems with your order.

I like the design you have on a tshirt, can I get in on a mug?

Sure! Except for very rare exceptions, my designs can be made available in any of the products I offer. So if you see a design you like on a phone case and want it on a long sleeve tshirt I will make that product available for you. Just contact me from the listing containing the design you like.

What are the 2019 Holiday Shipping Deadlines?

Although I will continue to fulfill orders all through December 2018 if you want delivery by December 24 you must order by December 10th if you are in the U.S.A. and by November 30th for international orders.

All items are made to order, that is, the item is made when you order it. For this reason, cancellations or changing shipping address is only allowed for one hour after the order has been placed. After one hour the item goes into production and packaging and shipping label prepared. Due to the custom made nature of my products returns or exchanges are only allowed if there is a defect in printing or manufacturing. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is any problem so I can make it right. My business and customers are very important to me.

About how the items are made: T-shirts are premium Bella Canvas brand (or other premium model) and the design is printed using state of the art direct-to-garment printers. Mugs and tumblers are microwave (except metal tumblers and bottles) and dishwasher printed using a sublimation mug printer. All other items are made from scratch when you order: my design is printed on the fabric or material and the item is then sewn together.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed since there are many factors to consider (distance, natural disasters, postal strikes) but on average, items take 1-4 days to manufacture or print (Etsy is a handmade marketplace) and usually arrive to customers between 7-14 days from ordering. Other times take 10 - 18 to arrive after ordering. Again, these are just estimates based on averages. Tracking information is provided whenever possible (exceptions are some international orders).
