About Shipping and Processing Times

I typically ship orders from my home studio within 3 business days using USPS First Class Mail! Handmade jewelry and personalized books may take longer. Please note the processing times at checkout! In the US, delivery typically takes a couple business days after the order is mailed. It can take longer, but please refer to your specific tracking information for details. Shipping upgrades are available upon request. International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times are not guaranteed as they are determined by postal agencies. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes and duties their countries may impose on their orders. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I will happily gift wrap your order or include a note! If your order is needed by a specific date, please indicate that in your order and select the appropriate shipping method to ensure its delivery (or contact me beforehand to make sure I can meet your deadline!) To ship to a new address or gift address on Etsy, just add the address to your account at https://etsy.com/your/account/addresses Then, select that address at checkout!

Questions? Concerns? Please contact me!

I take pride in everything I make and sell, so please contact me if you have any concerns about your order. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! I've been running my shop since 2001 (before Etsy was a site!) and believe strongly in making every shop experience extraordinary. For clothing, PLEASE CONSULT THE SIZE CHART!!! American Apparel ladies sizes run very small, like juniors sizes. If you ordered a shirt that's the wrong size and need to make an exchange, please contact me ASAP! I accept returns and exchanges on unworn clothing only within 30 days of purchase. Please see the "Sizing details" section of this FAQ for more info on shirt sizing.

Wholesale availability

I offer wholesale! Please message me your email address and I'll send you my policies! I do not offer consignment.

PLEASE CONSULT THE SIZE CHARTS!!! Some of my shirts are printed on American Apparel ladies sizes which run very small, like juniors sizes. Here's a helpful visual comparison showing real people wearing Unisex sizes: http://www.customink.com/items/sizing/169900_lineup/standard.htm Ladies sizes: http://www.customink.com/items/sizing/187200_lineup/standard.htm Again, American Apparel ladies shirts (not Unisex) run small! The sizing of these shirts varies slightly based on material. For 100% cotton shirts, please do not use a heated setting while drying or the shirt may shrink.
