Yes. Each rug is professionally cleaned and inspected before listing. It arrives clean and ready to use.

Are the measurements exact?

Each item is measured individually. Because vintage rugs are handmade, small variations in width, length, or shape may occur.

Will the colors look the same in person?

We photograph every item carefully. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, room lighting, and the direction of the rug’s pile.

Are the pillow covers vintage, and is an insert included?

The covers are newly handmade using authentic vintage Turkish rug, kilim, or hemp textiles. Check the variation menu for “Cover Only” or “Pillow + Cover”; otherwise, the listing includes the cover only.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and shipped from Türkiye with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Are taxes and customs duties included?

For US orders, applicable import taxes and customs duties are included in the price. For other countries, any applicable taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

Returns are accepted when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped.
