How do I know my ring size?

If you don't already know your size we recommend you go to a professional jewelry store to be measured or order a sizing kit online. While free sizing is included on any non-custom ring it is always best to get as close as possible.

If you order a ring and the sizing is not perfect we offer free sizing within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom and personalized orders

We're happy to help you design the perfect piece of jewelry whether that means customizing one of our current designs or making something entirely new. We can also engrave many of our pieces for a small charge and will create a listing that outlines what you would like engraved for review.

I don't know their ring size. What do I do?

1. Panic! Just Kidding. If they have a ring that they wear on that finger see if you can't borrow it without them noticing and have it sized at a local jewelers. This is a common request for jewelers and most will be happy to help you out. 2. Phone a friend. Ask their mother/sister/best friend if they have any idea what their size is. You'd be surprised how often they do. 3. When in doubt order a size 7 for women and a size 10 for men. We offer free sizing within 30 days and those are a pretty good bet.

Returns and Exchanges

If the order was not custom and it just didn't suit your fancy we'll be happy to accept your return or exchange. As long as you return the item in like new condition within 30 days you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. If the item is to be exchanged we will create a custom listing for you to account for the pricing difference if there is any or refund you the difference if price is lower If the item was customized, designed just for you, or engraved we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the issue is sizing we are certainly willing to help you get the perfect fit.

Our Jewelry is made using Sterling Silver and/or Gold in either 14K or 18K. Check the listing description for each items exact contents. Sterling Silver will tarnish over time. Clean it using a polishing cloth or silver polish found in pharmacies or online. To prevent tarnish store in a clean dry place. The box it comes in, a cloth jewelry pouch or a jewelry box is an excellent place for it when you're not wearing it. Jewelry should be removed when bathing, doing chores, using harsh chemicals, applying makeup and lotions, or participating in strenuous activities such as sports, weight lifting, or rock climbing. Proper jewelry care will increase the life of your jewelry and protect it from damage.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we have a limited warranty of 1 year from purchase date. If any defect is noticed at time of receipt you should notify us within 7 days. Warranty covers: -Checking Prongs -Replacing side or halo stones lost due to any defect -Cleaning and Polishing -Any damage due to craftsmanship defect Warranty EXCLUDES: -Damage due to misuse, wearing during excessive physical activity (sports, chores, construction work etc.) -Damaged center stone, including chips, discoloration, or scuffing -Damage due to any abuse If your jewelry becomes damaged due to abuse or accident we'll still be happy to look at it and see if it can be repaired. We are a full service jewelry store and are capable of most repairs, but there will be additional charge.

The Claddagh Celtic cross pendant shown here in sterling silver is an original design by Stephen Walker inspired by Irish and Scottish celtic traditions. The heart, hands and crown of the fabled Irish Claddagh symbolize love, loyalty and friendship; the ringed cross has been a distinctive Celtic symbol since very ancient times in Scotland, Ireland, Wales and those parts of Britain influenced by the early Celtic Church.
