What is the difference in bangle types?

The D1 is silver plated and it may wear off over time and the copper colored metal under it will show. The D2 & D3 doesn't have this happen as it is the same material all the way through the bangle without a plating. D2 and D3 difference is where the wires meet and the charms hang. The D2 is a single wrap and D3 has 3 wraps to close it. It doesn't change the strength or security of the bangle, it is purely a cosmetic preference. Please note that a stainless bangle choice DOES NOT mean that the charms will be stainless too. Bangle options apply to the bangle wire only. How will my item be packaged?

What metal are the charms made of?

Most charms are a plated zinc metal alloy. The manufacturer takes a variety of melted metals and forms them into the shape. They are then covered with a silver colored coating. The coating could wear off over time due to rubbing on clothing, excessive cleaning and scrubbing or exposure to water. Some of the charms are stainless steel. None of the charms are sterling silver. Please send a message if you would like to know about a specific charm before ordering. The chains, small initial and stamped heart charms are stainless steel. Please see the question above regarding bangles. It is not recommended to submerge, bathe or shower with ANY of the pieces. You should refrain from getting them wet.

I need more than the quantity available. What should I do?

Message me! I most likely have more stock than listed for each item. I have different variations with the same charm, so I have my total quantity spread out over many listings. I can usually accommodate!

I saw a charm I like, but it is not in your store. Can you get it?

Most likely! Message me with a picture and timeframe for when you will need it and I'll see what I can do!

What if I don't leave a bead choice or necklace length in the notes at checkout?

If you place an order and do not include the bead you would like, I will attach either the bead pictured or a white bead, depending on my current inventory. If you place an order and do not indicate which length you would like, I will make it 18".
