All pieces of jewelry are packaged in a beautiful box inside a padded envelope, ready to give as a gift. Please send me a note if it is a gift, and I will write your blessing on the greeting card.

Express shipping options, Arrival time and cost

♥ For Express shipping you can choose Express shipping options: it takes 2-3 business days ***Important*** In express shipping, I must write your phone number, to coordinate with you the delivery date Please write the phone number on the note to the seller when placing the order

Refund will be only after the package is returned to me and the jewel is in new condition Don't return by express shipping !!!! * * * IMPORTANT * * * You will receive a refund of 80% of the item's value, after deducting shipping and handling fees. In case of neglect or refusal to accept an express shipping package The return shipping fee will apply to the buyer, including the taxes for receiving the goods at customs in Israel

♥ I hand-make all of our jewelry to order, with the utmost attention to detail and quality, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of hand dying and hand-making process. Please note, since different screens show different shades of colors, the color might not be exactly like in the photo on the screen.

The jewelry pieces are made with Swarovski crystal, the highest quality crystal that will not change color or sheen. The earpieces and chains are silver or 14k goldfilled. It is advised not to wear jewelry in the shower, because the pieces are strung very tightly on "fireline" string, which can stretch when wet, changing the texture of the piece. Slight dampness will not cause this effect. The color of small beads may fade in water.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. A buyer who refuses to pay the taxes applicable in his country and therefore the package returned to me will receive his money back less 25% of the item's cost that will be deducted from the refund as handling fees Refund will be only after the package is returned to me and the jewel is in new condition

Custom and personalized orders

I'm happy to offer many options for each item such as a variety of different colors, materials ( goldfilled or silver), single item, or the whole set, etc.. Please note! When the item in the picture is made of 14K goldfilled and you choose a different material option, the ear wire/ clasp, etc. will be replaced as per your request, and all the little beads in gold plating (If relevant) will be replaced by small beads in silver plating
