Because prints & frames are made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we may not issue full returns for prints - especially for the larger sizes (e.g. Large Panoramic). All prints are printed & framed to order & the larger sizes may have to be printed by specialist companies and/or custom frames made & the cost of production & delivery may be deducted from any refund. Returns may not automatically be accepted for prints if you buy the wrong size. All size information (down to the mm) is give in the Product Description for every listing. Along with an image showing the exact sizes.

Whilst it can be confusing, 'A' - refers to the standard international paper sizes (see Wiki), so you have A6, and double that is A5 and double is A4 (roughly Legal size), etc. This is the PAPER size. The image will be smaller to allow room for a signature. Other mentions of sizes (e.g. 8x10", 30x40cm), refer to the EXTERNAL size of the print once it's in a mount and/or the frame.

So an A4 30x40cm print means printed on A4 paper (image a little smaller), with a mount cut to 30x40cm externally, the size your frame should be.

Prices for mailing items overseas has seen a huge rise since 2020. Costs for shipping abroad have increased significantly. I subsidise the increase where I can. As with domestic orders, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for any delivery service and depend on the carriers own terms and service for the delivery address. Delivery estimates are set by Etsy, not the shop owner and are based on data Etsy receives from the carriers.

If you cannot see delivery options for your location, I'm afraid due to local import fees (particularly recycling fees), we cannot afford to ship to all countries (especially in the EU). If your location is not available, please contact us as a solution may be possible for non-EU countries.

All items (except cards & calendars) for the UK are normally posted via Royal Mail's tracked 'Signed For' service. Upgrades are available. The cutoff for posting orders is around 2pm GMT Mon to Fri and 10am Saturdays. Occasionally other carriers may be used at the discretion of the shop if I feel a better service would be provided (at no extra cost to you).

Jersey, Guernsey & IOM - Etsy consider them part of the UK and display incorrect delivery estimates based on UK delivery.

You can mark your order as a gift and include a gift message at checkout. For international orders, legally we have to show the full price paid on the customs forms on the outside of your package and mark it as 'sale of goods' as it is NOT a gift from NB Photography.

Etsy is integrated with IOSS, so all applicable VAT will be collected at the checkout for EU orders UNDER €150. Etsy also collect any applicable US state taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for orders that fall outside of IOSS. This shop is not responsible for delays due to customs or any additional Duty or charges that may apply. Items returned due to non-payment of local taxes will not be refunded.

Adding a telephone number to your order may help expedite delivery, if there are any issues. Please keep an eye out for any possible messages from your national postal service.

Items are sent using international standard postage (usually Royal Mail or ParcelForce) which can take anything from 7-14+ days or longer for some countries (unless you've selected Tracked or a faster service). Apologies if the estimated delivery date is sometimes wrong, though most items should arrive in time. Etsy use real-time data to make the estimations, but they are not guaranteed. Your patience is appreciated (especially at busy times of the year), if items take slightly longer. Customs in particular (in the UK) can often be slow.

Occasionally I may switch carrier at no extra charge if I believe you'll receive a better or quicker delivery.

As far as possible we use recyclable or recycled products in all our packaging. All boxes can be easily recycled and we re-use received & spare cardboard to provide additional product protection. We also use recyclable postal bags. Foam and bubble wrap can be recycled, depending on your location.

We are signed up to a number of EU government schemes that charge sellers a fee for handling any packaging waste.

Due to the size of some of those fees, products are not be available in some EU countries. If you are outside the EU and don't see a delivery option, please contact us as we may still be able to process an order for you.
