How does the seller work?

- Blagowood is a small workshop where each item is created using a combination of manual craftsmanship and specialised equipment. - I create all my products from natural wood (mostly oak). - All my statues were created by me personally. - When painting, I use different materials: stain, oil paints, nitro-based and natural varnishes. It all depends on the product - Because every piece is carefully produced from natural materials, the manufacturing process usually takes about one working week, plus additional time for international shipping.

I bought the product when it will be shipped?

Most of our products are made individually for each order. Production usually takes 1–2 weeks after the order is placed. However, some items may already be available in stock. If you would like to receive your order faster, please contact our manager before placing the order to check whether the item is available in stock or to confirm the current production time.

What should I know about the delivery?

As soon as your order is completed, we carefully pack it and ship it using international airmail carriers. Shipping information and your tracking number will appear in your “Purchases and Reviews” section on Etsy. In some cases, our logistics partners may use two tracking numbers: • the first for transportation from Ukraine to a warehouse in the USA • the second for delivery from the US warehouse to your final address. After the parcel has been shipped, please monitor the shipment status using the provided tracking information.

How do I track my package?

The easiest way to track your parcel is through your Etsy account. Go to “Purchases and Reviews” and select “Track Package” next to your order. Please note that tracking updates may sometimes not appear for several days or even longer. This usually means that the parcel has already left our country and is currently located at the customs or sorting warehouse in your country, where many international parcels are processed and registered. This stage can take some time. Once the parcel is registered in the local system, the tracking information will update, and the package is typically delivered to your city within a few days.

How long does delivery take?

The approximate delivery time to your region is indicated in the “Shop Policies” section under “Delivery”. In most cases, delivery takes about 2 weeks from the date of shipment. However, in some countries or situations, delivery may take up to 5–6 weeks. Based on our experience, delays most often occur in Australia and Canada. Delays may also happen during major holidays such as Christmas, due to weather conditions, or because of temporary issues in postal services. These factors can affect shipments in many countries. If your package is delayed, please don’t worry. You can follow its movement using the tracking information in your Etsy account. In our experience, parcels reliably reach their destination and are delivered to our customer

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

In some countries, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied when your package arrives at your local customs office. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of your country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If such fees are applied, they must be paid by the buyer before the parcel can be delivered. Please check your country’s import rules in advance and be prepared to pay these charges if they are required. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information about customs fees for different countries.

In which case is a refund possible or impossible?

- If the master did not manage to create your order in the specified lines, you can request a refund. Sometimes it happens that the parcel was sent on time but information about this was not entered in the orders menu, in this case, a refund is not charged. - A refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or exchange of goods at the expense of the seller. - If another product has erroneously arrived to you, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense. - If you have not received your package within 8 weeks from the date of shipment. - Refunds are not possible for erroneous purchases. - A refund is not possible if the buyer has not followed his parcel and this is returned to the seller.

- The Seller warrants that all goods that are in the store fit the description. (the exception may be the size of the goods, since the conversion of centimeters to inches may not be accurate) - The seller is responsible for packaging the goods, as well as the exact correspondence of the recipient information in accordance with what is indicated in the purchase menu. - The seller is responsible for the conformity of the quantity and appearance of the goods with what is indicated on the purchase card when sent to the customer.

- In what cases is the seller not responsible?

- I am not responsible for the time of delivery, also for how the postal employees will treat the box in which your goods are located; - I am not responsible for tracking your package. But I can help you figure it out. - I am not responsible for which way the parcel will be delivered to you personally after arriving in your country. - I am not responsible for how you will use my product and if in this case the product will be damaged. (instructions for use are indicated in the FAQ).

BASIC TERMS OF MY SERVICES

- This product is created TO ORDER: creation time 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Delivery by international postal service by air. Estimated time 2-6 weeks. Worldwide shipping.
- Follow the movement of the package yourself in the order menu.
- If for some reason you did not pick up the parcel when it was delivered to your city and the parcel returned back, re-delivery is at your expense.
- If the product will be delivered to you with damage or it will be the wrong product, I can re-send it at my own expense or refund.
- I don`t accept order cancellations. If you placed an order, I will create it and send it to you anyway.
- Temporarily, I don`t accept individual orders and changes.
- The design of my wooden products is a one-of-a-kind artwork created by me and my team! Copying is prohibited without consent.
- The color may be slightly different from what you see in the photo.
