I’m disappointed! Getting a vendor to ship an item that’s paid for SHOULDN’T be this hard. Taking funds for goods without producing said goods IS FRAUD! Purchased on Nov 26 and the item still hasn’t shipped (the listing said it would ship within 3-5 business days after purchase). I CONTACTED HIM after waiting two weeks. After sending TWO messages (days apart), he responded to say he’d been ill, and that he’d also “lost the item but was looking for it.” In fairness, his return message was friendly, and he did offer to refund. Due to his illness I said I was happy to give him a little more time, but asked that he stay in contact to let me know where we were at, and when it would ship. Another week goes by and not a word…crickets. Messaged him again on Dec. 10th, and on Dec. 11th, but have still gotten no answer.
