Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Etsy gift cards. If you'd like to pay by money order or cash, we will allow this; however, your item will not be shipped until we receive payment. We do not make or send any items before payment is received. You may cancel an order within 6 hours of your order being placed. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you receive a non customized mug, you may be able to send it back to us for a refund pending it's condition when it arrives.

Your item will ship out in 24 business days from purchase date. Customized or personalized mugs are subject to longer shipping dates if proof requested or clarification needed. . If your address is incorrect on order, please send a message via Etsy (within 6 hours), and I will change the address for you. Even though all orders are dropped off at USPS within 24 business hrs. We can not guarantee the postal services delivery time, at this point it is out of our hands. If the order is customized and received later then expected, but was shipped out within 24 business hours there will be no refund. If order is not customized it can be "Refused" and sent back to me and I will give refund as soon as the package is received back.

Custom and personalized orders

All Customizing included in basic mug price will be limited to: Name and Date or 25 Characters or less. If you would like images, graphics or more than 25 characters, there is a $5.00 Customizing charge for art. Due to the nature of the handmade item, all mugs are final sale and non refundable. If you have a problem with your mug please contact me. If you I send you a mug you did not order, or if your mug arrives broken, please send me a message via Etsy with a picture attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS, and I will happily replace your mug! If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The mugs are sublimated which means the images be permanent even in the Microwave and Dishwasher. (Top Rack low heat cycle) Handwashing is recommended. Because of the Sublimation process, if heat is to high it will cause ink to run or shadow. We are not responsible for this. Please make sure your dishwasher isn't to hot.
