When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from Ukraine with UkrPoshta and will be delivered to you by your local post office. Estimated shipping times North America: 10-21 business days Europe: 7-21 business days Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-28 business days Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-28 business days But sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live. We offer a refund for lost packages or we can send a replacement for you (the fault is not ours, if it happened, but we want you to be happy and satisfied 😄)

Are your decals removable and reusable?

All of our decals are fully removable but not reusable.

Where do I leave the details I want for my order?

Please leave all details you would like for your order in the "notes to seller" at the checkout.

What kind of surface can I apply a vinyl decal to?

They can be applied to clean, smooth, hard surfaces such as wood, walls, windows, mirrors, doors and even appliances such as fridges and dishwashers. We recommend installation to smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint. If possible, avoid matte finish Latex paints and paints that contain anti-graffiti agents or stain blockers as well as Low VOC or VOC free paints, sand paints and suede paints. Not recommended for application to unpainted wood, textured walls, stucco, panelling, concrete, brick or over grout lines. The decal will take on the same texture as the surface it is placed on. The lettering won't adhere properly to fabric, rough surfaces, dirty walls, or to paint that isn't well bonded with the underlying surface.

Use a mild household cleaner, a soft cloth or sponge, and a light touch. Avoid cleaners that contain alcohol or abrasives.

Do I have to apply the decal letter by letter?

No. The decals come in one piece and ready to apply, making installation so easy! Larger decals or 2 color designs typically come in 1-2 pieces with guides to assist for easier installation. Each listing provides details on number of pieces you will receive when ordering the decal. The sizes laid out in the listings are the full size from the top of the highest letter to bottom of lowest letter (top-bottom) and from farthest right point to farthest left point in the design.

My order has not arrived yet. When can I expect it?

Please note our delivery time-frame for your country. If this time-frame has past and your decal still has not arrived it may be delayed in customs. If your package is lost in the mail, we will ship you new decals. For orders to the US and International, a package is not considered lost for 45 business days from the date it is sent. (Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY, excluding holidays) If you are concerned or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement. A picture of the damaged decal and packaging will be required.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size/color or the wrong product, please contact us immediately using Etsy's internal messaging system.

1. If you want a full refund, you need to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when we are responsible for shipping the wrong item/size/color. 2. If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long can I store my decal before using it?

We recommend that you use your decal within 30-90 days of receiving them. If you are going to store your decal for a while before installing it, then we recommend you keep it in a clean, dry, temperate area (no extreme heat or cold) and, if possible, laid out on a flat surface. But don't wait too long to install, as the longer the vinyl sits packaged in the paper backer and transfer tape the stronger the vinyl will adhere to the packaging. This will make it harder to install flat and smooth. If you choose to store the decal past 30 days, we cannot honor returns past that time frame.

Wall graphics must be applied to a clean, smooth, dry and non-porous surface in a timely manner, preferably within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment. Freshly applied paint should be allowed to cure for a minimum of three full weeks before wall graphic application.
