First once I purchased had some missing stones and as soon as I contacted the seller she found a better quality crown and sent it immediately without hesitation! The product looks exactly as pictured. A few small imperfections on the plate, but I think that's to be expected for a vintage toy. My only gripe is the chain quality. It feels like plastic, and for the price, I expected something a little heavier. I will be replacing it with a nicer chain before gifting it to my friend who collects plates. I am sure she will love it.
