Do I need to purchase a license to use your designs on products I sell?

All the artwork in my shop includes a mini license where you can create up to 100 end products for sale. You are required to purchase a commercial license if you plan to sell over 100 end products. A separate commercial license is require for each clip art or digital paper set used. I have bundle discounted licenses and you can keep credits for future uses if you're interested they are in the licenses section.

Can I use your designs to make and sell logos?

No, our designs are not available for use on any marketing materials or logos intended for sale.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I am currently available to take on custom work. Please send me a direct message for more information on availability, pricing, etc.

Do I need to credit your shop when selling a product with your design(s)?

Although credit is always highly appreciated... no, it is not required.

Can I sell your designs on Spoonflower, Cafepress, Casetify ?

No, it is not allowed to resell my artworks / patterns on Spoonflower, Casetify, Cafepress, Society 8 and other print on demand websites.

- We retain the rights to all artwork at HeidiCIllustration - It is not allowed to share my graphics (original or modified) as freebies, free downloads, digital templates - You may not resell without a license, a commercial license is required if using my artwork for profit. Your shop may be reported to Etsy or your service provider if found violating the rule.

COMMERCIAL USE (License required)

- You can create planner stickers, cards, fabrics, planner covers, backdrop, blog design, branding etc - The final design must consist of not more than 75% of my artwork with the rest consisting of your own input such as layout, texts, shapes, overlays, additional graphic elements. Exception to the rule is fabric printing, which can be printed as is. - Personalized / modified digital items are allowed, provided that there are significant changes to make the designs your own. Examples: planner stickers, cards, logos. - Reselling my artwork as digital templates/resources such as clip arts, digital papers is not allowed. - You may use this design without providing credit
