Under the product's description, we provide information about sizing (each shoe style has different information). You need to measure the length and width of your foot in order to find out your size. You will order in EU sizes, please make sure it is correct according to your foot measurements. When you place your order, we will contact you to make sure the size is correct. In case you receive the shoes and the size doesn't fit, we will exchange them. The client pays the cost of returning the shoes (40 USD) and we pay the cost of shipping the new size.

To take care of our “shiny” leather shoes, we recommend using neutral polish cream to condition, restore and clean the leather that might be dull over time. Apply preferably with a sponge.

For suede and nubuck leather shoes, we recommend using a suede & nubuck spray. Apply over the surface using a brush to clean, condition and mantain the color.

I purchased a pair of ankle boots for my husbands birthday. He has an old pair of similar shoes we got in Paris and they are pretty beat up now. I wanted to get him a new pair for his birthday. I searched everywhere and D'Cuero shoes was the only place that had the shoes I wanted. Love these shoes! wonderful soft high-quality leather. looks slick. very comfortable :) communication with the seller was great. shipping was fast. if you are size 43 in Europen size than i recommend to take size 42.
