For sale is a lovely antique diamond filigree engagement ring crafted in 2.6 grams of 18K white gold. The ring is so unique!! One can look at the sides of the top and see two birds on the profile. One can see the detail in the 4th picture. It is so lovely. The ring features a gorgeous European cut diamond that measures 3.9 mm and weighs an estimate of 0.22 carats. It's been graded G color, SI2 – I1 clarity. It's an older diamond that also has a bit of a transitional cut feel to it, very spready and with a closed culet. It is beautiful and the cut is buttery, a lovely stone with great flash fire. The ring is in nice vintage condition. The top prongs are thinning a bit but the stone is set tightly. We love the estimated 1930s era styling of this ring, such a great find, a very special ring. The face of the piece measures 8.82 x 15.49 mm, elevation is 6.66 mm, and the shank tapers down to 1.44 mm. The ring is fitted for a 6.75 finger and is sizable.
