Bananas Foster Caramel Bar :

Our Bananas Foster Gourmet Caramel Bar is inspired by the signature dessert of Brennan's, New Orleans. Bananas, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, dark rum and banana liquor are flambéed to make this decadent caramel.

This is a light, rich caramel made with real banana purée, black rum, banana liquor, cinnamon and nutmeg and has a rich velvety texture that just melts in your mouth. As with all our confections, they are handcrafted using traditional French confectionery techniques; in a copper kettle and cooked slowly to develop a deep and rich flavor.

Each indulgent hand-wrapped caramel bar is a quarter pound (4oz/113g) single piece and are meant to be cut-to-size.

All our caramels are made, cut and packaged by hand. They are all natural with no additives or preservatives and are naturally gluten free.

INGREDIENTS
Heavy cream, cane sugar, glucose syrup, butter, brown sugar, banana purée, black rum, banana liquor, natural vanilla extract, non-GMO soy lecithin, cinnamon, nutmeg.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Kept at room temperature (70º F/21º C), the flavor of this caramel is optimal for 2-3 weeks. To maintain its flavor indefinitely, we recommend this caramel be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and/or frozen. Bring to room temperature (40 minutes) before consuming.

NUTRITION FACTS
All our products are made with non-GMO ingredients, are gluten free and no high-fructose corn syrup.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
All varieties of our caramels are made in a facility where nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, dairy products are handled. Contains: milk, soy.

We are not liable for products melting during shipping. We ship from Texas and due to temperature variations across the country out of our control, we cannot guarantee the status of chocolate/caramel products that are shipped during the warm months. We strongly advise our Thermal/cold pack option, which can be added as an variation in the drop-down box or purchased separately (Cool Shield Thermal Option).

All orders will be processed and shipped 2-5 business days from order placement via USPS Priority Mail. If you’re concerned about time constraints, please message us. Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-4 days (not guaranteed by USPS) for most cities in United State. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are processed in the order they're received.

For our winter shipping period-Oct 1st to Apr 15th-orders are shipped within 3-5 days via USPS Priority Mail three times a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Saturday. If concerned about time constraints, please message us. While less expensive than Priority, the First Class shipping option can take longer to arrive.

During our summer shipping period-Apr 16th to Sep 30th-we normally ship MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY unless otherwise requested, to avoid orders sitting in the post office over a weekend.

Estimated delivery time for Priority shipping is approx 2-5 days for most US cities. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Note: Chocolate items that arrive melted will not be replaced or refunded if a Thermal Pack was not purchased for the item and will only be refunded or replaced only with a photo of the melted chocolate items. Despite best efforts, we can’t guarantee your confection will arrive in perfect condition so no refunds. Refunds DO NOT include shipping costs

The Cool Shield Thermal Option includes an insulated bubble liner with cold packs. Keep in mind that the cold packs we use to keep the product from melting will only last approx 36 hours, therefore it is imperative that the package not be left in the mailbox very long. If you're away, at work or traveling, we highly recommend you choose an address where someone can always receive your package. Our insulated package preserves freshness, quality, taste and color. It is leak resistant and FDA compliant.

This option includes an Insulated Box Liner and Cold Pack(s) and is around an additional $6.95 or FREE on orders over $75 (pre-tax) specific to that destination per shipping package.

After selecting the items you want to send to each recipient and then checking out, select the 2 check boxes for "This order is a gift" and "Add gift to message" and then place your order. Then, repeat the process for the next recipient.
