Can you offer me a discount?

I don’t offer discounts on request; any current offers are displayed in my shop. My prices are all carefully calculated to allow for materials, postage, taxes, overheads, commission and the time it takes me to create each item (especially when it comes to personalised products). As such, prices are not negotiable. If you are a returning customer, you will have been emailed a "returning customer" discount code after placing your original order.

Can you draw a new skyline for me?

I won’t draw skylines based on a single request; each skyline takes several days to research, plan and draw. I’m always happy to listen to any suggestions, and if I get a few suggestions for the same place I’ll add it to my list of skylines to draw. However I need to be sure there’s a definite demand for each skyline before I invest the time in drawing it. Please do double check I've not already drawn the skyline you are looking for - just use the "search" function in my shop. If you're interested in a bespoke commission I'm happy to give you a quote - just send over a full list of the landmarks you'd like me to include (+ photos if necessary); please be aware that this will normally be £300+, dependent on the time it's likely to take me.

Can you handwrite my card and send it directly to the recipent for me?

Do you offer international delivery?

I do offer international delivery, however I cannot post to the EU or Northern Ireland at the moment, due to new EU legislation.

Do you offer express delivery?

You can upgrade to First Class postage at checkout. Please place your order in good time to allow it to get to you (based on the delivery estimates provided in each product description). Please check the delivery estimates before placing your order. I always post out as soon as I possibly can, and orders are all processed together; I cannot prioritise orders on request.

Can I buy your illustrations as digital downloads?

I’m afraid I don’t offer my illustrations as digital downloads for copyright reasons.

Can you do any different sizes of print?

I currently offer my prints in two sizes, regular (21 x 30cm) and large (30 x 42cm) as standard. However I can source my prints in bigger sizes, up to A0. Please get in touch if you are interested in me quoting you for a larger size.

Do you offer "sunshine" coloured skyline greetings cards?

I currently only offer the sunshine coloured backgrounds on my prints; I don't have any plans to offer these on my greetings cards at present.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

I am not currently VAT registered; the VAT no shown on my Etsy shopfront is not current. I have contacted Etsy and asked them to remove it but they're unable to. Sorry for any confusion. UK customers are not charged any VAT on their purchases.

Can I place a corporate order for cards/prints with you?

This is something I can do, however please contact me directly to discuss options.

A blank greetings card with my skyline illustration of some of Barcelona's greatest landmarks.

Great as a birthday card for any Barcelonian, or for someone who loves Barcelona. It could also make a lovely wedding, engagement or graduation card.

The illustration was drawn using pen and ink, by hand, and has then been digitally manipulated to come up with the final image. It features Nou Camp Stadium, the Sagrada Família, the little house and the mosaic lizard from Park Güell, the Cascada (fountain) from Parc de la Ciutadella, the Columbus Monument (at the end of la Rambla), Casa Batlló, Barcelona Cathedral and La Boqueria Market; it's all finished off with El Toro pensador (the Thinking Bull statue, on la Rambla) and a little goose from the cathedral.

Size approx 148mm x 105mm; matt brown recycled envelope slightly larger.

I also offer a “send direct” service - where I will write the card of your choice and post it on to the recipient on your behalf.
