I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your finished product, please contact me ASAP and I will work with you to resolve them. Please keep in mind that the colors on your monitor might vary slightly from those on a printed image.

Returns are accepted if a product arrives damaged. If you receive a print or invitation in the mail and something is wrong with it, just send me a message explaining the issue. I will refund in full or replace it depending on the situation. Returns are not accepted on digital downloads.

How do I customize my order

To customize your order please enter your information in the Notes to Seller area when you checkout. If you have already placed an order but forgot to enter your information, just send me a message.

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders ... it is often the way I add new listings to my shop. If you need something special that you can't find, just send a message and we can design it together.

Digital Downloads: All digital file purchases will be sent either in an email or as a link to Google Drive where your files can be downloaded. Printed Cards: Printed orders are processed 1 business day after you have given approval on your proof. Printing turnaround time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Your order will then be shipped via UPS and you will be given a tracking number with your shipping information. Shipping cost is included in your printing cost for deliveries to the Continental US.

I will send a proof to you for approval within 48 hours. After approval your high resolution jpeg file will be emailed to you. If there are any problems with your file I will fix them right away!! Color adjustments are not a problem!
