We include activators in cute bottles! Our activators are weaker than usual activators to prevent any overuse that may harden the slimes too much. Washing hands before playing will help slimes stick less to your hands. We also recommend to drop a few drops on your hands rather than on the slimes if they get sticker after getting shipped. For more details, please refer to our care instruction card! If you are unsure what to do, please contact us and let us know the condition of the slime. We are happy to help!

Allergic to a specific flower or any of the ingredients?

We list all of our ingredients for each items. Our essential oils are used for scenting and moisturizing purposes. If you are allergic to any of the flowers we use, please let us know in advance. We are happy to make changes for you!

Return and Cancelation Policy

Please be aware that Dear.Slime is not able to accept cancelation for a full refund after the product has been shipped. Please check before you place an order and make sure to cancel within 5 HOURS OF PURCHASE if you would like a cancelation. In addition, once the product is in transit, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost. A refund on the item will not be placed until the item is returned to Dear.Slime in the same condition it was sent. Once the refund is place, expect about 3 - 5 business days for the transaction to be complete. We do not check our social media for return and cancelation requests, and we CANNOT be responsible for refund and cancelation request sent through such platform

My package says delivered but I have not received my package!

I am sorry your package did not arrive. Sometimes, USPS scans a package delivered few days before actual delivery. Please try giving the package a few more days to arrive. Other things we suggest that you try are- 1. Check with your neighbors! Did anyone receive your package by mistake? 2. Porch theft is live and well across the country. Please ensure that you are providing a safe drop off area for the package to arrive. 3. Reach out to your post office! Give them the tracking number and share your concerns with them. They may be able to help locating your package and even provide a GPS coordinates of final delivery in some instances. 4. File a police report If you believe that your package is stolen, file a report

My slime container doesn't look fully filled!

Because of different ingredients we put in our slimes that cause them to inflate when we first make them (because every slimes are made to order) and deflate as it travels to you, we weigh our slime instead of measuring the volume. Even if your container arrived a little empty, their weight will be typically over the size you ordered :) As you play with our slimes, depending on the ingredients can inflate way more than the container we provided! In that case, please make sure you store them in an air tight container! When they deflate, you can put them back in the container we provided :)

I accidentally gave you a wrong address and the package is now lost!

While we do our best to double check and verify the address with you whenever USPS has trouble confirming your address, it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address. After delivery attempt, while some packages do get returned to us, some never make their way back to us after the wrong delivery attempts. Even the packages that do get returned to us become unusable because of temperature fluctuation and lengthy travel time. Please note that in such case, we may refund you excluding the shipping. Please understand that when you provide us with a wrong address and the package ends up getting lost, we are not only losing the item but also the shipping, bonus items and other materials used to pack your order :(

I bought this as a gift and my coworker loved it and they smelled amazing, not too overwhelming as some scents can be. Everything was bubble wrapped and it included activator and other goodies. The seller also threw in a free sample of slime which was greatly appreciated!
