If standard shipping is selected, there will be no tracking information available for jewellery purchases (unless it is over £70). If you are concerned about getting your item delivered on time, please choose a tracked shipping option. We are not responsible for any losses by the postal service, and will be unable to follow any losses up with the postal service. The most we can provide is proof of purchase but this doesn't have any tracking information or details of the recipient's name or address.

Print orders within the UK are sent with tracking and may need to be signed for upon receipt. International print orders are not sent tracked unless this postage method is selected.

For international orders we HIGHLY RECOMMEND selecting a tracked option to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

All of our products are sent within 3 business days, unless you have selected an option to pay for speedier shipping. We obtain proof of postage with each purchase, and we aren't responsible for any items lost in the post. For orders over £70, we will send with tracked delivery.

For orders going to the EU, we ship via standard delivery. Please allow 7-9 days for your item to arrive.

Any other international orders are shipped via standard airmail, and delivery time can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for any customs charges or for customs withholding parcels.

Care Info:

Our pieces are all delicately handmade, but when treated with care should last a long time.

Jewellery:

To help keep your jewellery in the best possible condition, please avoid direct
contact with water, chemicals, creams and perfumes. Try not to sleep, wash or
exercise in your jewellery. When not wearing, keep the jewellery somewhere soft and safe (ideally a jewellery box). Avoid dropping the pieces onto hard surfaces as this can weaken or break the item.

Clothing:

Turn inside out before washing. Iron on the reverse of the printed side. 30°c wash. Do not wring. Low heat iron. Do not tumble dry.

Fabric bags:

Avoid contact with chemicals, creams and perfumes. Clean with a damp cloth and turn inside out.
