Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we welcome custom orders. With custom order, you get the “one on one” opportunity to help design and customize your headpiece to your tailored taste. Once design is approved, it usually takes an average 2-4 weeks to create depending on the intricacies. Once completed, photos will be sent for your approval and will be shipped. I’m excited and would love to work with you, please send a request today! A few customs are in our showcase and reviews.

Most of my fascinator hats are universal and is a one size fit all. However, my church hats can be tailored to your head size and is usual ranges 22” - 24.5”. We do make larger sizes but please send a custom request. Please note that all items are made to order so please be sure of your headsize before ordering. If you’re not sure, I can assist just send me a message.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All headpieces are wrapped in acid free soft paper and packaged safely to be shipped in the best condition. If you want to be gift wrapped, we do offer that service.

If for any reason you aren't happy please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of our business and it being MADE TO ORDER we DO NOT REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY. ***TO QUALIFY** We require you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your hat and it must be returned in new, unused, not damaged in the same packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving order. In other words, properly wrapped as how it was sent. Please note you are responsible for exchange shipping costs both ways and tracking with insurance is highly recommended for all returns. There is no EXCHANGE on CUSTOM orders. A STORE CREDIT will apply on return items without an exchange code.

Most of our hats use delicate straws and fabrics as such special care is required. Please store wrapped in a cool area.

We offer USPS to our customers to reflect affordable shipping costs. Please note that standard free shipping estimate 5-7 business days and may be a little longer and as such we offer shipping upgrades to tailor to your timeframe. Any questions let us know. Once shipped, we have no control over shipping deliveries and so we do recommend that you take that into consideration.

I form each piece while on my head to see how it fits and looks and then take it off and hand sew each piece. I design it to wear both ways so there's no front or back.

Looking for a certain style but cant seem to find it, why don’t we do a custom order for you and consultation is complimentary. We love customs. Though our headpieces are one of kind and are handmade to order, with our customs you get a beautiful headpiece tailored to your unique taste.

Most of our hats are made to order, there are a select few that are ready to ship, however, I try to create most pieces within 3 days of purchases. Some of my church hats, floppy hats take up to 5-6 days prior to shipping, please inbox me if you need to ship it out within 1-2 days. I will do my best to accomodate you where necessary. In some cases there is a rush order fee may apply.

SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is available at check out. We use Our local postal service to reflect a more affordable cost to you, our client. If you need to use another service please inbox first before purchasing. Fedex is another option.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the delivery, delays, stolen or lost package and cannot be held responsible and is not a reflection of our service. We advice that please take the time to make sure your address is correct, select the right shipping options to tailor your needs.

International customers please remember that you are responsible for your countries tariffs and custom charges.

Hats are bubble wrapped and soft white tissue paper and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

These crowns are handmade to order just for you.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept RETURNS on headpieces. However if for any reason you aren’t happy we do ask that you reach out to immediately. We pride ourselves on making sure our customers are happy. Please see our exchange policy for more details.
