The initial shipping cost is based on the lightest package weight, bulk items weigh more. For items weighing over 16 oz / 7302 grams, the correct shipping cost must be chosen from the drop-down menu at checkout or contact me for assistance, if not, shipping overages will be billed separately via custom order.

The larger the size number, the smaller the bead and vice-versa.

* Opaque – Solid, non-transparent. Some are permanent, some are dyed.
* Transparent – Light goes through.
* Matte – A frosted or sea glass look and feel.
* Rainbow – Also known as AB (Aurora Borealis). An Iridescent or oil slick surface effect.
* Luster – A high sheen on the surface of beads.
* Silver Lined – Core is lined with silver. The hole may be round or square.
* Color Lined – Core is lined with color. The glass may be crystal or colored.
* Satin – Looks similar to satin fabrics.
* Shell - Cream, bone, ivory color tones, permanent color.
* Ceylon - Has a look like pearls. Comes in white, off-white and creams.

* Terra Intensive - Colors made with a durable coating which has a lasting and bright finish.
* Sol-gel Dyed - Is sunlight, water, body oil and acid resistant.
* Plain Dyed - Finish may fade under light or rub off with wear.
* Iris – Oil slick iridescent or peacock effect on the surface of an opaque or transparent bead. Opaques are considered metallic. Finish may change with wear.
* Metallic (Wash) – Gold, silver, copper and other metallic coatings. Finish may change with wear
* Terra Metallic – Treated metallics to sustain and add durability to surface coatings.
* Supra – Semi-matte finish, also called `silk’, `soft’ and `satin’. Usually on metallics.
* Gunmetal - Black luster which gives the effect of hematite. Considered a metallic bead

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please send a Convo regarding your return and refund. Item/s must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, no refund will be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Customer covers the cost of return unless an error is on my part.

If you prefer something else, you may have to re-purchase the item/s wanted, I cannot provide an exchange through the Etsy system at this time.

There is a 15% return fee deducted from refunds. There are costs associated with picking, packaging and shipping items.

Refunds are usually within 3 to 14 days within the US. This is after all means to track and or retrieve the package has been exhausted.

Please first contact your local post office immediately or check with the mail delivery person or carrier, neighbors or family members for possible retrieval of your package.

Once the package states 'delivered', it is completely out of my hands from that point and there is nothing I can do from my end. In most cases, a package is found and it may reach you a bit later than expected.

TBS is not responsible for the loss of Un-insured Domestic or International packages. Please upgrade your First Class package for insurance purposes. Loss package refunds are for Insured packages only.
