HAT:
A MINI white felt party hat, decorated with a red/yellow #1, bright polkadots, trimmed with royal blue mini pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.75", and height 4".

Adorable on dogs too!! **If you are purchasing for a dog, please provide head measurement in comments section- go across top of head, all the way down under chin and back up to where you started.

HIGH CHAIR BANNER:
5 white felt triangle pennants with red ONE and polkadots on ends with matching pom poms. Attached to a 1/4" ribbon for hanging.

CAKE TOPPER:
Royal blue felt cut out #1 felt cut out in center with 3 mini felt pennants hanging on each side, attached to a piece of bakers twine, hanging between 2 wooden cooking sticks with a white pom pom on top.
