Glorious handbag ! The leather has a rich colour, it is thick & supple and excellent quality as well as the silver metal details. I want to thank lovely Laurène for customising my bag and being so helpful, I love that my bag is unique with some very nice extra details. Je regrette que ce produit ne vous convienne pas. Nous aurions pu nous entendre sur un remboursement si vous m'aviez indiqué votre mécontentement avant de mettre une note pénalisante sans discussion préalable, comme indiqué en privé. Je vous précise que les dimensions du produit reçu correspondent exactement aux dimensions indiquées dans la description: 20 x 17 cm. Les cuirs sont véritables et proviennent d'Europe et la main-d'œuvre que cela représente ainsi que les frais de gestion de l'entreprise artisanale n'en font pas un produit "cher". Vous regrettez qu'il n'y ait pas de zip pour le portable mais ça n'était pas indiqué non plus. Je cherche à donner entière satisfaction à toutes mes clientes de bonne foi.
