Upon receipt of your request, we will review it. If you request is approved, we provide details on how to return your item(s).

We DO NOT accept returns for opened items, used items, digital items, personalized items, clearance/seasonal/holiday merchandise, and final sale items. We do not give refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Unless the mistake was on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We strive to get your items to you quickly. However, we can’t guarantee exact shipping times. They are determined by the carrier based on your shipping method, package size and location. To ensure your items arrive in time, we recommend ordering at least 8-10 days before your event. We offer the following shipping methods (These are estimates):

USPS Standard Shipping: Arrives in 3-7 business days. This service is for packages weighing 16oz or less.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Arrives in 2-3 business days (allow for 4-5 business days). This is for expedited shipping and for package over 16oz.

USPS Express Mail: Arrives in 1-2 days. This is the only delivery method guaranteed to arrive by a specific day.

CHANGE ETSY ADDRESS:

If you have items missing from your order or receive incorrect items, please message us as soon as possible. We’ll immediately ship out the correct items. If necessary, we will also include a prepaid label so that you can return the incorrect item(s).

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. If an order will be delayed, we will notify you by email. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends.

Once your order has shipped, we will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided when you placed your order. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam, or junk folder before contacting us regarding your order status.
