To be cleaned, simply wipe with a damp cloth; the coasters are not dishwasher safe. Do not get the cork wet. Please be aware that exposure to coffee and wine may cause staining on the stone. The coasters are for indoor use only, no porches, screened in patios, etc. Be gentle in handling the coasters as they are hand made. Rough scratching of glasses and cans can wear off the paint and sealant. Also, do not keep the coasters in close proximity to oil or grease as they can dissolve the finish.

Will the paint fade or transfer?

No, the paint is sealed on the tile. If the care instructions are followed, the color will not transfer or fade with average daily use. Be sure not to aggressively rub glasses against the coaster as that will also sand away the sealant. The coasters are for indoor use, only. No patios, screened in porches, etc.

Can I get a coaster that is shown painted without the color?

Of course! Just add in the "notes" section of check out that you would like the coaster without the coloring.

What happens if my coaster arrives damaged?

No one ever wants to received damaged goods and we understand! In the event a coaster is broken, don't worry! We will send you a replacement. We ask you send a picture of the broken coaster so we can submit an insurance claim.

Do you design the stamps you use?

There are some stamps that Kaelee designed or were specifically designed for Lace, Grace & Peonies. The majority of the stamps are from varying stamp makers with angel policies. If you would like to know who created a certain stamp design, please reach out.
