The seller did not finished the transaction when the product was almost ready claiming it would be more expensive than actually agreed to. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, a total disinterest in the customer experience and a very unprofessional attitude. She never bothered to apologise or look for alternatives as she simply does NOT care. Spare yourself time, money and energy and AVOID this shop and seller. They are just amateurs...

Mirela, Our sincerest apologies for not being able to meet your request. We tried our best to complete the custom order purse up to a standard that would make us proud. Unfortunately completing and sending the product was proving too expensive, time consuming, and not up to our standards. We were certain that once you had received the purse you would not have been happy with it's weight. That said, we refunded your cash expeditiously and have in no way attempted to swindle you. While we see your point about completing a transaction, we also hope you understand that yes, as you stated, we are amateurs. We are not a massive production line.
