Fees and deadlines:

Delivery costs vary depending on the items ordered and their quantities, as well as the destination.
These, as well as the shipping and/or delivery times, can be viewed on each product sheet.

We have items in stock and others made to order, which take longer to process. We ask you to check these deadlines carefully before placing an order.

Please verify the integrity of the package upon receipt.
Each item is tallied as it is packed, so we cannot be held responsible for any missing items.

If upon receipt of your order, the package appears to have been opened or is damaged, please take a photo before opening and unpacking it.

You have 24 hours to notify us of any anomaly relating to the transport or the product(s). We will then inform you of the procedure to follow.

Lysa Creation Design can in no way be held responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of a package/letter.
However, in the event of a dispute, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

Before making any purchase, we ask you to take into account the time that we devote to the manufacture of our parts, if you have the slightest hesitation, contact us before placing an order.

You have 14 days to inform us of your intention to use your right of withdrawal.

The return is at the expense of the buyer and must include a tracking number which must be communicated to us on the day of dispatch. If the merchandise is not in its original state, shows signs of handling, is damaged, altered or broken, we will not be able to refund the partial or total amount of the order.

Personalized, made-to-order or custom-made items will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of your return and after inspection, we will keep you informed of its acceptance.
In this case, you will be reimbursed via the means of payment used within 14 days for member countries of the European Union and within a maximum period of 30 days for countries in the rest of the world.
You will receive the total amount of the returned items + the initial delivery costs.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

Please take into account the transfer time for banking establishments. If the 15 working days have passed since the acceptance of your return, do not hesitate to contact us.

All the products presented in our shop are handmade by ourselves, each piece may therefore present slight variations in size, shape or color.

Our products are intended solely for the assembly of jewelry or accessories, decoration, or sewing but can in no case be the subject of resale under penalty of prosecution.
