Can my gift be delivered directly to its recipient?

Yes, no problem, please ensure you give us the recipients delivery address, we can also handwrite a short message on to a gift card for you.

How do I arrange Express Delivery for an urgent order?

Please either select First Class or Special Delivery as you pass through checkout or contact us and we can advise you of the Etsy link to pay the upgrade fee.

How long do orders usually take?

All orders, with the exception of photo items, are made and dispatched within 3 days maximum. But please feel free to let us know if you need your order quickly or by a certain date. Please allow 5 working days for any photo items to be processed before dispatch.

How much does standard delivery cost?

The delivery costs are shown in the shipping section on each of our listings. We offer First Class and Special delivery upgrades within UK and also upgrade to International Tracked and Signed.

How quickly can you dispatch my order?

Please bear in mind that all our jewellery is individually handcrafted to order so it takes time to make the jewellery and pack it before we are ready to dispatch. All orders are made and dispatched within 3 days without fail. Most orders of under 10 items go out within 2 days. However, if your order is needed urgently we can make it a priority and have it ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We can then post by Royal Mail, first class post (delivery times may vary but this should be a 1 to 2 day service) or we can arrange a Royal Mail Special Delivery service for you if you are happy to cover the cost of this also.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, Australia and many other countries in the world. At the present time we are unable to export goods to the USA, Canada or North Africa for business insurance reasons.

Can I vary the design of an item I've seen?

Yes you can! This is the very essence of our business. We love the fact that customers can choose exactly how they want their jewellery to look. So, if you've seen something you like but want it with a different charm, in different colours, or with certain beads added in (or taken away!) please don't hesitate to let us know. Nearly all the jewellery that we sell is individually handcrafted to order.

How do I let you know how I'd like my jewellery made?

Please add order details to the personalisation box if there is one or send us a message via Etsy. In the personalisation there is lots of room there for you to type all your requirements such as the sizes, colours, charms required, date your order is required by, any variations to the design etc. Please don't worry if you miss something as we will contact you after your order has been placed and ask you about anything else we need to know.

How do I know my jewellery gift will fit?

Buying children's jewellery - On each product page there is a box where you can let us know either the child's exact age or a specific wrist measurement. We work to universal jeweller's measurements and find that over 99% of the jewellery orders we make are an excellent fit. For this reason we always offer one free remake if necessary. Buying jewellery for an adult - Many of our bracelets are now size adjustable so one size fits most. Look for those with an extender chain attached if you like this idea. We also sell extender chains on Etsy, please ask if you can't find them. For those items which aren't size adjustable we offer standard sizes of small - 18cms, medium - 20cms or large - 22cms and we are to make to measure if you prefer.

How long does children's jewellery fit for?

Without an extension chain a necklace or bracelet should still fit for at least a year or two. The best way to allow for "growing room" is to purchase an extension chain. Many of our products now include a free extension chain as standard. i.e. a bracelet sized for age 8 with an extension chain fitted will usually fit well into adulthood. For items which don't come with a free extender chain, we offer a range on Etsy, please ask if you can't find them.

Boys Leather Bracelet with Cross Charm in Gift Box.

Supplied in a black gift box with a card mount of your choice for a special boy, son, godson, grandson, nephew etc.

Also included is the little gift card shown. This card has blank space where you can add your own special handwritten message. The card can then be kept with the gift box so that the gift and its message can be kept safe and remembered for many years to come.
