Fuchsia midi tulle skirt adult tutu knee length skirt petticoat made in Sizes XS - Plus. This tutu is Handmade from 25yards (two layers) of soft smooth fuchsia Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft fuchsia fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is fully sewn it is not tied tulle.

XSmall 24"-34"inches
Small 26"-38"inches
Medium 30"-40"inches
Large 34"-48"inches
XLarge 38"-52"inches (good for Plus size 16+)
XXLarge 42"-60" inches (good for Plus size 22+)
