Highlights
I made a bunch of PVC sleeves for my motorized drift trikes, like the "Lazier Boy" sofa chair in the second photo. I cut the schedule 40 PVC pipe to fit snugly on 10" x 4.5" X 5" go kart tires. I also put a strip of skateboard grip tape inside the PVC pipe to keep the sleeve from slipping off of the wheel. To install the sleeves you must completely deflate the tire, slide the PVC over the tire, then inflate the tire. ONE order comes with TWO sleeves. Wider sleeves are more slippery. Skinny sleeves are more sticky. Sparky Sleeves have 80 pieces of flint embedded in each sleeve.

WARNING: These sleeves will NOT fit on the Coleman DT200, the Huffy Pro Slider, or the Scooter X drift trike, the stock wheels on those drift trikes are too small. These sleeves will also not fit on the brand NEW Razor DXT plastic wheels; they will ONLY fit on the Razor drift trike if the plastic wheels are worn down. I know this is confusing, send me a message if you have any questions.
