When Will My Oder Ship Out

Typically orders are processed within 3-5 Business days with 2-3 days priority shipping. Back to school and Christmas are always busier so please allow additional time. You many note your date needed in the Notes to Seller section or message me before placing your order to make sure I can meet your requirement.

Care Instructions/Additional Info

Please be aware that each of my items are INDIVIDUALLY hand made for you using premium grade VINYL which is quite durable but not indestructible. Do not wash in a dishwasher, do not submerge in standing water, and do not microwave. When washing, do not scrub the decal at all. This will extend the life of your item. Again, my items are NOT screen printed or sublimated. They are made using cut vinyl which is layered onto the item one color at a time by hand. During this process, sometimes air gets trapped between the layers which may result in a tiny air bubble in the decal. In most cases, the air bubble will disappear in a few weeks after the vinyl goes through temperature fluctuations.

Custom and personalized orders

As with most personalized items, returns are not accepted because I cannot resell something once it is personalized. Your item will be completed to the exact specifications you provide while checking out or through our convo. If an error is made on my part, I will of course replace or fix the item. If there is a defect with your item, I will replace/refund/discount (which ever best suits the situation) your item with proof of the defect (shipping the item back for inspection or pictures to show defect).
