1. Fill a suitable container with cold or warm water (30°C/86°F max.).
2. Add neutral or wool soap.
3. Dip in the item and let it soak for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Rinse.
5. Lay the item on a flat surface and shape it as desired. Washing might have caused the item to reversibly lose its original shape.
6. Smooth down the item to remove wrinkles and folds.
7. Let it dry naturally in a ventilated or open area.

Without a doubt, this is the most beautiful piece I own. I had been eyeing this specific piece for years…and after a long time of saving, this poncho is a dream come true. It totally met the description and my expectations. Every night I wear it, I take in the hand knitted beauty and the high quality wool that does an incredible job keeping me so warm. Claudia is a true artist and designer! This poncho is totally worth every penny and the time it took to hand make and ship. There’s a tiny bit of shedding in the beginning but it’s natural with wool. It’s so soft, and the natural ivory color is so lovely. It’s like wearing a portable blanket. Sending so much gratitude to both Claudia and the sheep it took to make this. Highly highly recommend.
