How do I download my PDF cross stitch pattern?

To access your digital file(s), make sure you are logged into your Etsy Account, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray. If you don't have an Etsy account (you've made a purchase as a guest) you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you have any issues downloading your files, feel free to send me a direct message and I will get back to you ASAP.

What size is the cross stitch?

You can find all the information about each cross stitch pattern in the main image of the listing. Note that all the measurements are based on stitching using 14 count Aida. In the image you will find: - The number of stitches - The length and width in centimeters - The length and width in inches - The number of colours used

Does the PDF tell me what colours I will need for the cross stitch?

On the last page of the PDF file, you will find a legend containing all the information you need to complete the cross stitch pattern. This legend has the DMC identification of each floss colour, as well as the estimate length of floss you will need (Note that the estimated length is based off of 2 strands per stitch, but you will need more thread if you are stitching with 3 or more strands)

What does my digital download include?

When you make a purchase you will gain access to digital files for downloading. Each purchase will include: - A PDF file of the cross stitch pattern with symbols in black and white - A PDF file of the cross stitch pattern with coloured symbols - A PDF file of the cross stitch pattern on a single page (Note: not all listings will have the single page file, but I am slowly adding this to each listing. If you would like a single page file, feel free to send me a direct message) - A jpeg file of a preview of the completed pattern - A zip file containing all of the above files for easy downloading

Where can I find cloth, thread, and hoops to make my cross stitch?

Most local craft stores will have everything you are looking for. Personally, I buy all my crafting supplies at Michaels. Another good place to look is on Etsy!

I can't find one of the thread colours for the pattern I've purchased. What colour can I use instead?

Unfortunately, a few of the colours I've suggested for some of the patterns are difficult to find or may have been discontinued. If you are having trouble finding a particular colour, feel free to message me for an alternative choice.
