My name is Nikolin Georgiev and I live in Sofia, Bulgaria. I love creating beauty therefore I make jewelry. I love colours and stones’ emanation. I also love the soft warmth of wood as well as the glitter of the buffalo horn. I like natural materials and I enjoy combining them. I ship worldwide with Priority Mail and tracking! The delivery time takes about:

Europe: 7-14 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
USA: 10-20 business days
Australia and everywhere else: 15-30 business days

(Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays, especially around Cristmas. Late deliveries are always a possibility 30-40 days, however, I will try my best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.)

I post the purchased item within 1-2 business days.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I do my best to describe and photograph my items as accurately as possible, but If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. You can return it within 7 days of the date it was received (in unused and undamaged condition) for a FULL refund minus the initial fees.

Please also let me know the reason for the return. I will refund the purchase price (not the shipping & handling). I'm sorry, but custom items are not refundable unless an error was made on my part.
